Exchange & Returns Policy
Sometimes you just don’t get it right all of the time we hold our hands up. If you are unsatisfied with your scrubs we are more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund minus the cost of posting. Please contact us via email for the quickest response at support@lovescrubs.co.uk and post the items back to us in a new and unworn condition within 28 days. Please allow 7 days to process any requests. We appreciate your patience in these cases. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed and/or exchange sent out. Once your refund is complete, please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 5 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 days).
